Program : Deep Materialities Workshop investigates the complex socio-technical entanglements of materials as a means of designing more resilient futures.
Developed in collaboration with Albane Perret and Alexandra Zinkevitch, the project focused on gypsum as a local material in the Île-de-France region. Through experimental material research, we developed a new type of water-resistant, high-gloss plaster without the use of chemical additives, achieved through an innovative casting and drying process.
Research project supervised by James Auger and Émile de Visscher.
